A little about Dental Anxiety:

Dental anxiety is common and does not discriminate between old or young, male or female. It doesn’t really matter if you are a teacher, a janitor, a lawyer or a nuclear physicist, most anyone can be affected by dental anxiety and as a result, neglect teeth and gums, threatening not only oral but overall good health.

For the most part, dental anxiety is the fear of the unknown and often stems from unpleasant past experiences. The great news is that it is treatable.
